Great Workouts Apr 25, 2010 I teach cycling classes at a local gym and there are some great workouts in here. My classes love it!
If you need to learn the basics, not so bad Feb 11, 2010 If you are training with HR on the bike, it is a good book. You are better off getting a power meter and training with power.
If you know nothing about bike training, then this is good. It also helps deal with the boredom of indoor riding by giving you some good workouts.

Great training guide Jan 12, 2007 This book takes you through the science of indoor training with the aid of a heart rate monitor. With the knowledge gained here and the supplied workouts, there's no reason why you can't take your riding to the next level.
