Simple device, and works well. I recommend using a tie strap "Zip gun" to make sure the tie straps are tight as possible, to minimize movement.

I ride for pt during the warm season in CO.
Works well but I wish it was a wee bit larger to take a dust proof cover.
Stays in place and does what I ask it to do.
